We had gone to look at the premises to view the kennels and cattery before we booked and were absolutely thrilled at the accommodation and the team were so happy and helpful. They then looked after them until a week later when we moved into our new house in Provence where they arrived looking fit and well. Can’t thank the team enough"

"Our labrador we had bought.... Jess was picked up from Northern Ireland and delivered to us in East Sussex. She was beautifully care for en route and the driver John was brilliant and kept us informed all the way. Jess arrived happy and well. John the driver was brilliant with her and she clearly was very at ease with him. She was safely contained in a crate and travelled well all the way. Huge thanks to you all for looking after Jess so well."

"Truly brilliant. My 86 year-old Mother-in-law was moving from the South of England to Scotland. Her two, also elderly, Tonkinese sisters were marvelled up to Scotland by John arriving only a few hours later than Hazel. One worry completely removed during a very stressful period. Unfortunately Tosca and Lara, the cats, can't tell us about the trip, but they arrived in full curiosity mode, with no apparent side affects. Heather McAadm"
